We are seeking an experienced Menu Writer specialising in vegan and nutritional cuisine for an ultra-high-net-worth household in London. The ideal candidate will be extremely creative and highly experienced in plant-based and wholesome cookery, capable of crafting a weekly menu and developing a private cookbook for the household.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop delicious and sophisticated plant-based recipes.
• Source high-quality ingredients to align with nutritional and culinary expectations.
• Present detailed nutritional information to ensure dietary requirements are met.
• Meticulously capture data for the creation of a bespoke private cookbook.
• Deliver a tailored culinary experience that meets the household’s high standards.
