Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Personal & Executive Assistant (PA/EA) to provide seamless support to a HNW individual, their family, and business operations. This dynamic role requires exceptional organizational abilities, discretion, and proactive problem-solving skills to ensure smooth daily operations across both professional and personal spheres. This role really has all the qualities a true PA should enjoy - a varied workload, international travel a flexible working environment, healthy salary and fantastic employer. 

This role is based in Oxfordshire, however when not travelling you can work remotely a lot of the time, London based candidates should also apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executive Support:

    • Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for the CEO.
    • Handle business correspondence, emails, and document preparation.
    • Assist with travel coordination, including all aviation bookings and accommodations.
    • Conduct research and provide briefings on various business matters.
  • Personal & Lifestyle Management:

    • Oversee household management, staffing, and vendor coordination.
    • Organize events, dinner parties, and social gatherings.
    • Arrange complex international and domestic travel itineraries for the family.
    • Manage luxury assets, including vehicles, art collections, and real estate.
  • Family & Child-Related Support:

    • Assist with  extracurricular activities, and travel logistics.
    • Coordinate appointments, household purchases, and lifestyle needs.
    • Support family events, birthdays, and celebrations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar PA/EA role supporting HNW individuals or families.
  • Any experience with motor sports or large sporting events a big plus but not essential
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional discretion, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
  • Strong travel coordination experience with global exposure.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to problem-solve independently.
  • Flexibility to travel frequently as required.
  • Family orientated and great around children
