Job Description

A prominent private family seeks an exceptional Travelling Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all dining, service, and culinary operations across their London residence and multiple international homes. This senior role requires a highly polished professional with proven experience in large UHNW households or luxury hospitality, capable of leading both Butler and Chef teams while delivering flawless, personalised dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage Butler and Chef departments, ensuring seamless daily operations.
  • Uphold world‑class service standards and deliver ongoing training.
  • Manage large scale global events 
  • Oversee private dining, formal occasions, and special events.
  • Maintain guest preferences, dietary requirements, and personalised service notes.
  • Collaborate with chefs on menu planning, seasonality, and premium procurement.
  • Prepare weekly dining schedules and propose creative culinary concepts.
  • Travel internationally with the Principals to support multi‑residence operations.
  • Ensure strict food safety, hygiene, and stock management across all properties.

Candidate Profile

  • Senior F&B leadership experience within UHNW or luxury hospitality settings.
  • Strong front‑of‑house and kitchen team management.
  • Impeccable presentation, discretion, and communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of fine dining, global cuisines, and luxury service.
  • Flexible, proactive, and confident working under pressure.
  • Willing to travel internationally at short notice.
