Driver with Own Car Required

We are seeking a highly organised, family‑focused Private PA to support a busy household in North London. This is a hands‑on, varied role suited to someone who is proactive, discreet, and happy to “muck in” wherever needed. The ideal candidate will bring a calm, solutions‑led approach and enjoy creating smooth, well‑run family life across multiple properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day‑to‑day lifestyle support to the principals and family
  • work from the clients home whenever needed
  • Act as first point of contact for household matters, contractors, suppliers, and service providers
  • Oversee the smooth running of multiple properties, ensuring maintenance, schedules, and standards are upheld
  • Liaise with household staff across locations, supporting communication and ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard
  • Manage errands, shopping, sourcing, gifting, and ad‑hoc family requests
  • Coordinate appointments, diaries, school‑related logistics, and family activities
  • Assist with travel planning, packing, and itinerary organisation
  • Handle household administration, filing, expenses, and basic budgeting
  • Provide occasional driving support; a clean licence and own car are essential
  • Step in wherever needed to ensure seamless daily operations

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous experience in a private household, family office, or UHNW environment
  • Highly organised, adaptable, and able to prioritise in a fast‑moving setting
  • Warm, family‑orientated, and comfortable working around children
  • Strong communication skills and confidence liaising with staff, contractors, and external partners
  • Discreet, trustworthy, and committed to maintaining confidentiality
  • A genuine team player with a “no task too small” attitude
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
