How we match our assistants
The 4 step process designed by us, but led by you.
Step 1: Consultation
We can introduce ourselves remotely or in person if you would prefer and together, we'll create a picture of your ideal PA. Including all the required skills, knowledge and style.
Need an immediate start? Let us know and we'll do all we can to make that happen.
Step 2: Shortlisting
You'll get a strong shortlist of 4-5 experienced, fully referenced, career PAs.
We have strong relationships with our agency PAs (many have been with us for 5 - 10 years +).
Step 3: Decision
Choose who you'd like to interview, and we'll arrange it.
And once you've chosen, we'll deal with all the details, like verbal client to client references, offer letters and contracts should you need them.
Step 4: Support
Our work isn't done once your PA starts with you.
We're there to support both you and them to develop a successful, long lasting working relationship.
